The challenge

Giving ideas a new space. Creavast develops temporary space, and our assignment was to create a brand that would result in a powerful look and feel. Creavast takes a lot of account of the surroundings and the residents. It is therefore not inevitable that sufficient attention is paid to perception and future-oriented thinking.

The case

To bring all the different real estate properties of Creavast into a clear and consistent portfolio. Since each venue has a completely different history, a good brand positioning was important.

The brand story should excite people both offline and online, encourage innovative thinking, be inclusive, and set the story in a clear framework that builds trust and showcases competence.

The idea behind the creation of the logo was an industrial look as this is what defines Creavast. Rearranging locations is their core business and we did exactly that with the logo as well. The words were put onto each other instead of the “normal” next to each other. An element you will find through the whole branding is the red square representing structure. The logo will mainly be on the background of every project they realize. The logo is designed in a square because of the usability of this design.
